This is imperative to realizing your individual goals and aspirations. Keeping this as our topmost priority, we employ experienced Coordinators that will help you to connect to the support networks that will work for you and dedicated to guiding you as you familiarise yourself with your NDIS plan and its implementation.

Our Support Coordinators will plan and manage your NDIS funding with you and help you to put services and supports in place to best meet your needs. They will be your point of contact when you choose to alter, adjust or increase your support. They can also work in coordination with your family and/or your carers to ensure that your goals are achieved.

Our support with support coordination includes the following services:

Level 2: Support Coordination-coordination of supports: This involves assisting you to build the skills you need to understand, implement and use your plan. We will work with you to ensure your supports are used efficiently so that you are able to live more independently and feel included in the community.

Level 3: Specialist support coordination: This involves a high level of support coordination and is available for those participants who need specialist support.
